Shipping Information

All UK orders have a £1.00 order fee and each item has a 50p fee which equals the postage total. Orders over £20.00 are entitled to free shipping by using the code 3SHIP. 

Information:

All UK orders are sent by 2nd class post via Royal Mail and are processed within 3 working days of payment being received. Our orders will be processed between Monday to Friday. Please allow extra time for posting your order in busy periods such as Christmas and fairs. We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as we can. 

International orders are shipped via airmail, usually arriving within 5 - 7 days.

If you need your order quickly or would prefer your parcel to be tracked, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange this for you. 

Returns

We hope you will love your delivery but if you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund or an exchange.

Please note we are unable to cover return postage unless an item is faulty so please keep proof of postage on returns as we cannot cover any lost returns without proof.

items must be returned in an unused, saleable condition.
